BA East Carolina University

 

I was raised in Kinston, NC and graduated from Kinston High School in 1998. I received the NC Police Corps Scholarship to attend East Carolina University, where I received a BA in Political Science. I had a successful career at the Kinston Police Department where I rose to the rank of Squad Captain before choosing to come to Arendell Parrott Academy in August of 2022. Outside of Parrott Academy, I continue to work as a reserve police officer with the Kinston Police Department and as a deputy of the Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office.
