I graduated from UNC Chapel Hill- Carrboro with a Bachelor of Arts in U.S. History. I later received a Master of Arts in Education and taught in the Chapel-Carrboro City School System for two years. I have taught 5th grade at the academy for 24 years. I attended Parrott Academy as a student. Both of my daughters and my husband graduated from here as well.
