I joined the Parrott family in 2015, with eight years’ experience teaching secondary English in public education. After a stint teaching Upper School English and coaching APA’s cheerleaders, I have found my home in the past few years teaching Middle School English and advising our Student Ambassador program. It is a privilege to work with students in their middle school years as they navigate increased independence and hone in on their interests and passions. I aim to infuse my classroom with my love of reading and my firm belief that every student has the potential to achieve great things with their individualized skill set.
