I am originally from Virginia and have taught for over 20 years. I hold a BA in Hispanic studies, a BA in Psychology, and an MA in International Studies with a specialization in Hispanic Studies.
I began teaching in Lenoir County Public Schools and have also taught at Lenoir Community College’s main campus and at the Greene County Early College High School satellite campus. I was fortunate enough to teach at ECU for ten years, as well. I taught College Spanish at APA from 2010-2012 as part of my contract with LCC and was hired at APA full-time in 2016. I now teach Honors Spanish 3 and 4, Advanced Spanish in Context, and Independent Studies.
